If you are from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco or Taiwan and hold a valid license issued by one of these countries, you can use your license while driving in Japan. However, you will need an official translation of your license, and carry it along with your license and passport while driving in Japan.

An IDP on the other conventions or treaties, including the 1969 Vienna Convention, is invalid even if it is issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention.

Q: Are there any discount option?
A: Yes, rental over 10 days qualifies for our long rental discount.
Q: Are bedding or cooking utensils included?
A: Please refer to the vehicle description of what is included within the vehicle, any additional items are separately available for rental on our equipment rental page
Q: Is there a insurance that covers everything?
A: While we provide standard insurance coverage on all vehicles if you require additional coverage, we recommend purchasing travel insurance with rental vehicle coverage or confirming with your credit card company if they offer travel coverage for rental vehicles.
Q: Is there airport delivery service?
A: Unfortunately due to restriction vehicle pickup and return are done only at the store locations.
Q: Where do we pickup/return the vehicle?
A: Our office is located in Tokyo, at 2-20-3 Ōmorihigashi Ōta-ku, Tōkyō-to 〒 143-0012
- Nearest train station: Keikyu Line – Heiwajima Station or Omorimachi Station
- Haneda Airport – approx 25-30 minutes.
Q: Can we pickup and return at different locations?
A: All vehicles must be returned at the same location as the pickup.
Q: Is there a staff at the office all the time?
A: In most cases, staff is available until 13:00, but we are often in and out of the office. Email will be the quickest communication method as an available staff member will respond to it. For return/pickup, a detail instruction will be sent to you.
Q. Can we schedule a late pickup/drop off?
A. yes, after-hour pickup/return is available.
Q. Do you accept payment by cash?
A. Yes, the initial security deposit is required to be paid by credit card through our invoice system, but the remaining balance can be paid by cash at the time of pickup until 13:00.

Q. When do you return the security deposit?
A. The refund is processed at the time the vehicle is checked in. Reflection to your account will vary depending on your credit card company and may take up to 7-14 days on average.
Q.Could you give us advise or recommendation for our trip?
A. yes, our staff are able to assist and provide recommendations of places to visit.
Q. What should we do if any mechanical issue occurs?
A. We have all our vehicle goes through routine maintenance at the dealership service center or authorized service center only and through a 14-criteria maintenance check required by law before the rental. However, there are times when sudden mechanical issues will still occur. In this case, please email us and we will inform you of the process to take.
